YAP delegation meets Minister of International Department of Chinese Communist Party Central Committee
A delegation of the New Azerbaijan Party led by deputy Executive Secretary, head of Azerbaijan-China interparliamentary friendship group at the Milli Majlis Siyavush Novruzov has held a meeting with Minister of the International Department of the CPC Central Committee Zhou Li.
The parties praised the cooperation between Azerbaijan and China. Zhou Li recalled Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev`s visit to Beijing last year, saying this visit marked a new level in the development of the ties between the two countries. Zhou Li said China has always supported fair position of Azerbaijan on the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. “China supports just settlement of the dispute in compliance with international legal norms.”
They also discussed relations between the New Azerbaijan Party and Communist Party of China. They noted the importance of reciprocal visits and joint projects in terms of the development of the bilateral ties.
Members of Azerbaijan-China interparliamentary friendship group at the Milli Majlis Eldar Ibrahimov, Hadi Rajabli, Huseynbala Miralamov, Aliagha Huseynov, Khanlar Fatiyev and Javanshir Pashazade were present at the meeting.
