New Jersey issues resolution on Azerbaijani Genocide anniversary
Azerbaijani Society of America (ASA) said the General Assembly of the US State of New Jersey issued a resolution recognizing March 31, 2015 as the Azerbaijani Remembrance Day marking the solemn 97th anniversary of the Azerbaijani Genocide.
The resolution introduced by NJ Assemblywoman Sheila Y. Oliver was signed by the Assembly Speaker Vincent Prieto with the official copy presented to ASA leadership.
