President Ilham Aliyev congratulates President of the South African Republic
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has offered congratulationsto H.E. Jacob Gedleyihlekisa Zuma, President of the South African Republic.
“On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you and all the people of your country on the occasion of the national holiday of the South African Republic - Freedom Day,” the head of state said in his message.
