President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has offered condolences to President of Nepal Ram Baran Yadav.
“Dear Mr. President, we are deeply shocked by the news of heavy human loss, injures and damages as a result of a strong earthquake in your country,” the head of state said in his message.
