President of Russia awards Ogtay Asadov, Ali Hasanov with “Friendship” order
President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has awarded Speaker of the Azerbaijani Parliament Ogtay Asadov and Azerbaijan’s Presidential Aide, Head of the Department of Socio-Political Affairs at the Presidential Administration Ali Hasanov with the “Friendship” order.
The decree signed by the Russian President says Ogtay Asadov and Ali Hasanov are awarded the order for great contribution to the strengthening of friendship and cooperation with the Russian Federation.
