US Congressman stresses importance of cooperation with Azerbaijan to ensure Europe’s energy security
The US Congressman Michael Turner has issued a statement in addition to the protocol of hearings on Azerbaijan.
In his statement highlighting the Azerbaijan’s contribution to the European energy security, the Congressman stressed the importance of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and the Southern Gas Corridor. Michael Turner emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation with Azerbaijan in terms of ensuring Europe's energy security and strengthening regional stability.
The statement as well hailed Azerbaijan as an important partner of US in terms of strengthening geopolitical energy security.
