Ganja, Tabriz become sister cities
Azerbaijan's ancient city, Ganja and Iran's picturesque Tabriz city have become sister cities head
The relevant agreement was inked by head of Ganja Executive Power Elmar Valiyev and Tabriz Mayor Sadig Najafi.
Under the deal the two cities will develop their relations in various areas, particularly culture.
