Polad Bulbuloglu awarded Sharaf order
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Polad Bulbuloglu Sharaf (Honor) order.
Polad Bulbuloglu was awarded for his long-term fruitful work in cultural and socio-political life of Azerbaijan.
Polad Bulbuloglu is the Azerbaijani Ambassador to Russia.
