President Ilham Aliyev confers presidential awards on leading arts figures
On April 30, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an Order conferring presidential awards on the country`s leading arts figures.
Under the presidential Order, a total of 130 arts figures will get presidential awards.
