Azerbaijan increases gas exports to Georgia in first half of year
The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported around $640 million cubic meters of natural gas to Georgia in the first half of 2014, up 43.5 percent from the same period last year.
SOCAR supplied almost 1 billion cubic meters of gas to Georgia in 2013, slightly up from 993 million cubic meters in 2012.
Azerbaijan also exports gas to Turkey, Russia and Iran.
