Zakir Hasanov: Official Yerevan refuses peace talks, straining the situation on the frontline
Azerbaijani Minister of Defence Zakir Hasanov has said official Yerevan is refusing the peace talks, straining the situation on the frontline. He met with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. Mr. Hasanov said units of the country`s armed forces “respond effectively each time Armenians start firing, and silent the enemy”. “All staff of the armed forces has been commanded to immediately destroy any moving military object, and this is being unconditionally fulfilled.” The Minister said: “As President Ilham Aliyev stated the only solution to the conflict is through the occupants` withdrawal from our lands.” The enemy should realize that our cause is just cause. Our armed forces are always ready to annihilate the enemy,” Mr Hasanov added.
