President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Astara district on a visit.
The head of state put flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city center.
Head of Astara District Executive Authority Gazanfar Agayev informed President Ilham Aliyev about conditions created in the Heydar Aliyev Park and work carried out in the district over the last years.
