5th Bosporus Summit held in Istanbul
The fifth Bosporus regional summit hosted by the Turkish Exporters Assembly was held in Istanbul on December 10-12. The event entitled “Changing Scenarios of Tomorrow: Capturing Complexities and Cultivating Dialogues” was organized by the International Cooperation Platform.
The event brought together officials, businessmen, scientist, diplomats, investors, politicians from 70 countries.
The Azerbaijani delegation, including also AzerTAc contributors took part at the summit.
The summit was addressed by the former president of Turkey Abdullah Gul, who spoke of the regional processes, stressed the importance of strengthening regional cooperation and dialogue.
The event also was addressed by vice-premier of Turkey Ali Babacan, the Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek. Vice-premier Bulent Arinc made closing remarks.
