NEW AZERBAIJAN PARTY

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Vietnam, permanent member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee Communist Party Le Hong Anh.

Recalling with pleasure his official visit to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the head of state stressed its importance in terms of being the first high-level official visit. President Ilham Aliyev expressed his confidence that the visit of the delegation led by member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Vietnam, permanent member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee Communist Party Le Hong Anh would contribute to the continuation of intense relations and the strengthening of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Vietnam.

Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of Vietnam, permanent member of the Secretariat of the Central Committee Communist Party Le Hong Anh expressed his pleasure at his first visit to Azerbaijan and his meeting with President Ilham Aliyev.

Le Hong Anh said Azerbaijan-Vietnam relations had good history. He said President Ilham Aliyev`s first official visit to Vietnam gave a strong impulse to the development of the bilateral relations.

The parties noted that there were good prospects for the development of the cooperation between the two countries in a variety of areas, including trade, oil and gas, investment making, cultural and humanitarian fields.
