Industrial districts will be created in Azerbaijan
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the establishment of industrial districts and the organization of their activities.
According to the decree, the industrial district is an area, which has the necessary infrastructure for business activities and is used by small and medium entrepreneurs to produce products and services.
The decision was made by the President of Azerbaijan on the basis of the proposal of the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
The measures to improve the state of respective areas related to creation and activity of industrial quarters, construction of external and internal infrastructure (electricity, heating, gas, water, sewerage, communications, transportation, fire protection facilities, administrative facilities and facilities for other purposes) and ensure effective organization of business activities in industrial blocks implemented by the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
