The heads of state of the Caspian littoral states attended a ceremony to release belugas bred in Astrakhan into the Volga
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of Russia Vladimir Putin, President of Iran Hassan Rouhani, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev and President of Turkmenistan Gurbangulu Berdimuhamedov, who are attending the 4th summit of the heads of state of the Caspian littoral states in Astrakhan, have walked along the banks of the Volga River.
Then the Presidents attended a ceremony to release belugas bred in Astrakhan into the Volga.
