Armenians violate ceasefire with Azerbaijan 31 times throughout the day
The situation on the contact line between Azerbaijan and Armenia has remained tense as the Armenian Armed Forces shattered ceasefire a total of 31 times throughout the day, Azerbaijan`s Defence Ministry said.
Subunits of the Armenian Armed Forces from their positions located in Dovekh, Barekamayan, Shavarsavan and the Berkaber village of Ijevan region have subjected to gunfire the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces at the nameless hills in Gazakh region, the Gaymagli, Farahli and Gizilhajili villages.
The ceasefire was also violated in Ashagi Seyidehmedli, Qarakhanbeyli villages of Fuzuli region, Sarijali, Merzili , Bash Qervend ,Suraabad villages of Aghdam region, Tap Qaraqoyunlu village of Goranboy region and Khojavend region’s nameless hills on July 23 and on the night of July 24.
The Armenians were silenced with a retail fire, the Defence Ministry said.
